🔼 Runs x12. The baseball team beat Long Beach State 12-2 on Tuesday. The Trojans scored five runs in the fourth and ninth innings. Ethan Hedges went 3-for-4 at the plate with 2 RBIs and one run. Grant Govel picked up the win on the mound after pitching four innings and striking out five batters.

🔼 Championship Ready. The women’s beach volleyball team received the No. 3 seed in the MPSF Beach Volleyball Championship. The women will play No. 6 Washington in a first-round dual today!

🔼 On the Court. The women’s tennis team begins Big Ten Championship play today against Michigan State. The match will start at 6pm PT at Libbey Park. The Trojans earned the No. 6 seed.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Sterling Foley. Foley is a freshman outside hitter on the men’s volleyball team. He was named the MPSF Defensive Player of the Week. This is the first award of his career. Foley had a career-high six blocks, including three solo stuffs in a 3-0 sweep of No. 2 UCLA.
