🔼 Big Win. The baseball team beat LMU 14-6. The Trojans had 13 hits, four runs in the first, three runs in the third and seven runs in the ninth. Abbrie Covarrubias hit a three-run homer and went 3-for-4 at the plate with two runs and five RBIs.
🔼 Round 2. The women’s golf team is even to par and in first place after two rounds at the Silverado Showdown. Catherine Park utilized a four-under-par second round and is tied for second individually.
🔼 Winners! The Big Ten named Samirah Moody and Bryce Brock the USC Jackie Robinson Community & Impact Award winners. The honor recognizes student-athletes with courage, determination, teamwork, persistence, integrity, citizenship, justice, commitment and excellence.
Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Kennedy Coakley and Ashley Pater. The beach volleyball duo has been named the AVCA/CBVB Pair of the Week. The women have won 16 straight matches and are 20-2 on the season.
