📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Series Win. The No. 18 baseball team won its series against Nevada this past weekend. The men won 11-3 on Friday, marking their 40th win this season. It is the first 40-win season since 2005. USC also set a program record with its 31st home victory of the season. Jack Basseer went 2-for-4 at the plate with a home run, three RBIs, and a run. USC won game three of the series on Saturday 12-4. Kevin Takeuchi and Walter Urbon both went 2-for-4 at the plate. Takeuchi hit a two-run homer, had two RBIs and and two runs. The Trojans also celebrated Senior Day on Saturday.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The No. 13 women’s tennis team made it to the NCAA Super Regionals. The Trojans fell to No. 4 Texas A&M 5-1 on Friday. The women wrapped up its season with a 21-7 overall record and a 12-1 conference mark.

🔼 Multiple Wins. The track and field team competed at the Franson Last Chance Meet this past weekend. Asjah Atkinson led all Trojans coming in second place out of prelims in the 100m hurdles. Jackson Norris took eighth place in the long jump. Dajaz DeFrand won the women’s 200m.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Dillon Klein. The men’s volleyball player was named to the AVCA All-America First Team. It is the second first-team nod for Klein who becomes the 10th player in program history to be chosen to the first team multiple times in their career. Klein ranked second in the MSPF for kills (3.89 kps), points (4.61 pps), and attacks (7.78 aps); and was fifth in hitting percentage (.340) and 14th for service aces (0.35 saps). He was fifth in the NCAA for points and eighth in kills this season.
