📈 STOCK UP

🔼 History Made. The baseball team beat Long Beach State 6-1 on Tuesday. USC is now 16-0 this season, which is the best start in program history. The Trojans had nine hits. Andrew Lamb hit a three-run home run in the second inning. Abbrie Covarrubias and Isaac Cadena led the team with two hits each. Chase Herrell earned the win on the mound after throwing 5.2 innings.

🔼 Winners! The No. 2 women’s golf team won the GameAbove Invitational. This marks the third win for USC this year, and head coach Justin Silverstein’s 30th career tournament win as USC head coach. Kylie Chong won her second career tournament.

🔼 3 Down. The No. 25 men’s golf team finished in 10th place at The Desimone Invitational. USC finished with a score of 858 (-6). Raghav Gulati led the team, finishing in 20th place individually.

🔼 Day 2. The swim and dive team competed at the NCAA Zone E Championships. Two Trojans qualified for the platform event at the NCAA Championships. Robert Gref punched his ticket by finishing fifth in the platform finals. Laurent Gosselin-Paradis qualified for his second event thanks to a sixth place finish in the platform event.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is baseball pitcher Mason Edwards. Edwards was named the Big Ten Pitcher of the Week for the second straight time. He led the No. 20 USC baseball team to an opening-game win in a series sweep of Illinois this past weekend.
