🔼 Game 1. The baseball team started its series against Nevada with an 8-0 victory on Thursday. The Trojans had four players hit a home run apiece. Jack Basseer led the team with a perfect 3-for-3 outing at the plate. One of his hits was a home run. Adrian Lopez followed with two hits, including a homer. Mason Edwards threw 6.0 innings and struck out 10 batters.

🔼 Triple Threat. The women’s golf team had three players selected to compete at the Arnold Palmer Cup. Kylie Chong, Jasmine Koo and Bailey Shoemaker will be on Team USA. The event is at Traelee Golf Links in West Barrow, Ireland, from July 3-5. USC's three women's selections lead all college programs. This is Koo's second time competing for Team USA, while Chong and Shoemaker will make their Arnold Palmer Cup debuts. As a team, the Trojans finished the season ranked No. 2 in the WGCA Poll. Head coach Justin Silverstein was named to the WGCA Coach of the Year Watch List.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is men’s golf player Jack Buchanan. Buchanan was named to Team International for the Arnold Palmer Cup. The event will be at Traelee Golf Links in West Barrow, Ireland, from July 3-5. He was the Coach's Pick for the team. He will be the first Trojan to play in the Arnold Palmer Cup since Yuxin Lin helped Team International win in 2020.
