📈 STOCK UP

🔼 At the Diamond. The No. 14 baseball team won its series opener against Iowa 9-2 on Friday. Mason Edwards matched Barry Zito for the third most strikeouts in USC history with 16. He had a no-hitter going into the sixth inning. The men won game two 6-3. Andrew Lamb went 2-for-3 at the plate and hit a solo homer. Isaac Cadena hit a two-run homer. The Trojans swept the series by winning 8-2 on Sunday. USC is now 30-7 overall. The Trojans' 30th victory of the year marks the fourth straight season under Head Coach Andy Stankiewicz that USC has had 30 or more wins, the first such streak since 1999-2002 under Hall of Fame Manager Mike Gillespie.

🔼 Tourney Stats. The No. 1 women’s water polo team beat No. 4 California 17-14 at the MPSF Tournament. Ava Stryker recorded a team-high six point on two goals and four assists. The women fell to Stanford in the championship game on Sunday, 16-14.

🔼 At the Court. The No. 10 women’s tennis team beat Northwestern 4-1 on Friday. The men also beat Northwestern 4-0 on Friday. The women wrapped up the weekend with a 4-1 win against Illinois. The men also beat No. 14 Illinois 4-1 and celebrated the seniors on Sunday.

🔼 At the Beach. The women’s beach volleyball team competed in the Center of Effort Challenge this past weekend. The Trojans started with two wins on Friday, beating No. 1 Stanford 3-2 and No. 8 TCU 3-2. The women continued their success against No. 7 LMU, winning 4-1. USC fell to rival UCLA 2-3.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is the men’s volleyball team. The No. 4 men’s volleyball team beat No. 10 BYU 3-2 on Saturday after falling to the Cougars 1-3 on Friday. Dillon Klein led the Trojans with 17.5 points earned on 16 kills, four digs, two blocks and two assists.

Senior Day! The women’s lacrosse team celebrated its Senior Day on Saturday. USC fell to Ohio State in double overtime, 11-10.
