The baseball team beat UCSB 7-6 on Tuesday.

🔼 Midweek Dub. The baseball team beat UC Santa Barbara 7-6 on Tuesday. Isaac Cadena led the team with two hits. Abbrie Covarrubias led the team with two RBIs. Adrian Lopez hit a solo home run to tie the game 4-4 in the fourth inning.

🔼 Day 1. The No. 28 men’s golf team is in first place at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic after day one. USC has a team score of 447 (-22). Luke Stock is in first place individually with a score of 110 (-9). Jack Buchanan follows in seventh place.

🔼 New Tourney. The women’s volleyball team will compete in the Big Ten Conference and Southeastern Conference Volleyball Challenge Week. USC will travel to Austin, Texas, to face perennial power Texas at Gregory Gymnasium on Sept. 2. Match time, tickets, and coverage details will be released later.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Jake Alburtus. Alburtus is joining the USC men’s basketball staff. He will be the new Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. Last season, he was the Director of Operations at Western Michigan University.
