🔼 2 Honors. The volleyball team had two athletes earn Big Ten weekly honors. London Wijay was named the Player of the Week. Taylor Deckert earned Freshman of the Week. Wijay matched her career high with 24 kills and did it with .308 hitting against Wisconsin last week. Deckert averaged 6.63 digs per set and added 1.13 assist per set in two wins.
🔼 Court Report. The men’s tennis team competed in the ITA Southwest Regional Championships. Jack McCarthy led the team. He won his first two matches and reached the singles round of 16. McCarthy and Matteo Morazzi reached the round of 32 for doubles play.

🔼 Top Talent. The swim and dive team was successful at the World Aquatics World Cup this past weekend. Multiple Trojans reached championship finals at the short course meters event. Krzysztof Chmielewski posted USC’s best finish of the weekend, touching fifth in the 200 SCM fly, 11th in the 400 SCM free and 13th in the 100 SCM fly.
Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Efe Naipoglu. The men’s water polo athlete was named the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation’s Newcomer of the Week. He totaled three goals, an assist and two steals in a pair of road wins over ranked opponents. This is his second honor this season.

USC Trojans Unite to Fight Blood Shortages
Join the USC Trojans in the nationwide We Give Blood drive to combat urgent blood shortages in the U.S. and inspire new donors. Every donation can save up to three lives.
From August 27 to December 5, every blood donation logged helps USC compete for $1 million to support student and community health programs. Plus, donors will receive limited-edition Homefield t-shirts, while supplies last.
