📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Split Day. The No. 5 women’s beach volleyball played on the second day of the MPSF Championships. The Trojans fell to No. 2 Stanford 3-2. The women then beat No. 8 Grand Canyon 3-1. USC moves on to play Texas in the semifinals today at 8am.

🔼 Secured the Win. The men’s volleyball team beat Pepperdine 3-2 in the semifinal match of the MPSF Tournament. The Trojans will play in their second straight MPSF title match on Saturday and will face either top-seeded UCLA or fifth-seeded tourney host BYU in a 6 pm PT start on Big Ten Network.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The No. 4-seeded men’s tennis team came up short in the Big Ten quarterfinals. The Trojans fell to No. 5-seeded UCLA 4-0. The Trojans now turn their attention to the upcoming NCAA Championships, with the selection show set for Monday, April 27.

🔼 Postseason Honors. The women’s tennis team had multiple players earn Big Ten postseason honors. Lily Fairclough and Krisha Mahendran were named the inaugural Big Ten Doubles Team of the Year. Jana Hossam was named to the All-Big Ten First Team. Eugenia Zozaya and Mahendran received Big Ten All-Freshman Team honors. Dani Borruel was recognized with the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is track and field athlete Madison Whyte. Whyte was named the Big Ten Women’s Track Athlete of the Week. She ran school record times in both the 4×100m relay and 400m last weekend. This marks her third conference weekly honor of the year.
