🔼 Home Win. The women’s lacrosse team beat San Diego State 13-3 on Wednesday. Alex May and Kaylee Fravert each scored three goals. Sydney Stewart scored twice. Goalkeeper Ellie Thomas had five saves. USC is now 5-2 overall.

🔼 Fresh Moves. Women’s basketball player Jazzy Davidson was named the Big Ten Women’s Basketball Freshman of the Year and a First Team All-Big Ten selection. She also claimed spots on the All-Defensive and All-Freshman Teams. Kara Dunn earned All-Big Ten Second Team honors. Kennedy Smith joined Davidson on the All-Defensive Team. Brooklyn Shamblin was USC’s Sportsmanship Award recipient.

🔼 Double Trouble. The women’s lacrosse team had two players earn weekly honors. Reese Robinson was named the Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week. Ellie Thomas was named the Defensive Player of the Week. Robinson totaled a career-high six points on a season-best four goals in the team’s win over Arizona State. Thomas had a career-high 16 saves on the road game.
