🔼 Newbies. The men’s basketball team signed two athletes to its 2026-27 roster. Adonis and Darius Ratliff helped USC rank eighth in the Rivals Industry Basketball Recruiting Rankings. Adonis averaged 12.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game. He was also named a Naismith Trophy Boys High School Player of the Year Watch List honoree. Darius averaged 9.5 points, 9.1 rebounds and 2.6 blocks per game. The four-star recruit is the third-highest-ranked center in this class.

🔼 Pro Trojans. USC has many former men’s basketball players in the pros this season. There are 10 players in the NBA, three in the G-League and 11 competing overseas. See the full list of players here.

🔼 Big QB. Quarterback Jayden Maiava was named a semifinalist for the Davey O’Brien Award. The award recognizes the nation’s best college quarterback and is the oldest and most prestigious national quarterback award. He is one of 20 players named a semifinalist. USC is No. 2 in the nation in total offense and Maiava is No. 2 with a 90.6 QBR.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is two new women’s basketball signees! The Trojans signed Saniyah Hall and Sitaya Fagan. Hall is the third No. 1-ranked recruit in four years. Fagan averaged 12.3 points and 5.3 rebounds for Australia at the FIBA U19 World Cup.
