📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Overtime Victory. The men’s basketball team beat Minnesota 70-69 in overtime on Friday. Chad Baker-Mazara led the team with 29 points and made the two winning free throws. Ezra Ausar followed with 14 points and nine rebounds. The Trojans shot 43.9% from the field and handed Minnesota its first loss at home this season.

🔼 First Match. The No. 5 men’s volleyball team swept St. Thomas Aquinas 3-0 in its first match of the season. Dillon Klein led the team with 12 kills. Thiago Zamprogno put up a career-high nine kills.

🔼 Sweep! The men’s tennis team took on San Diego State and UC San Diego on Sunday. The Trojans beat San Diego State 4-0 and UC San Diego 7-0.

🔼 Close Game. The No. 21 women’s basketball team faced Minnesota on Sunday. Kara Dunn led the team with 27 points, and Jazzy Davidson had 21. The Trojans shot 44% from the field and 45.2% from behind the arc. The women came up just short and fell 63-62.

🔼 Sweep! The swim and dive team swept UNLV and UC San Diego to kick off the second half of the season. The No. 11 Women of Troy pick dup 11 event wins while the No. 18 Troy earned nine. The diving squad continued competition at the Bruin Diving Invitational. On day one, three divers finished in the top five on platform. On day two, Kate Miller led the group with a third place finish. Luc Goertzen finished in fourth.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is men’s volleyball head coach Jeff Nygaard. Nygaard had his contract extended through the 2028 season. He is in his 11th year as head coach for the team. Nygaard recently led the men to the MPSF final in 2025.
