🔼 Day 1. The No. 24 men’s golf team played round one of the Southwestern Invitational on Monday. USC is in seventh place with a score of 288 (+8). Nicolas Dominguez leads the team tied for ninth place individually. He has a score of 69 (-1).

🔼 New Coach. The football team announced that Gary Patterson will be the new defensive coordinator. Patterson is a former Power Four head coach and defensive innovator. He was recently named to the 2026 College Football Hall of Fame class after his 21 season head coach stint at TCU. He was the Horned Frogs all-time winningest head coach with 181 victories.

🔼 On TV. The women’s lacrosse team was selected for two Big Ten Network broadcasts. The home game at Rawlinson Stadium on Saturday, March 28, and its road game at Northwestern on Saturday, April 4, will each be shown nationally on the Big Ten Networks. The Trojans play nine home games in 2026 in their brand new on-campus home Rawlinson Stadium.

🔼 Welcome! The men’s water polo team made updates to its staff. Sasha Bucur will rejoin the USC staff as an assistant coach for the 2025 season. William Grant enters his first season as an assistant coach and the director of recruiting for the program. Learn more about each staff member here.
