📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Hot Plate. The baseball team beat Cal State Fullerton 9-2 on Tuesday. Every player in the USC lineup had a hit, totaling 17. This marks the second-highest hit total of the season. Augie Lopez and Abbrie Covarrubias each had three hits. The Trojans had seven different pitchers on the mound. Diego Velazquez earned the win on the mound after throwing 2.0 innings allowing one hit and striking out four.

🔼 New Trojan. The women’s basketball team added Ryann Bennett to the 2026-27 roster. Bennett’s a transfer from UC Davis. Last season as a sophomore, Bennett started all 34 games and led her team with 15.3 points per game, ranking eighth in the Big West Conference. She also paced the squad with 54 steals while adding eight blocks, showcasing her versatility on defense.

🔼 Welcome! The men’s basketball team welcomes Christian Collins to next year’s roster. Collins is a 6’9” forward who played his high school career at St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, Calif. He ranked fifth in the SC Next 100 recruiting rankings. Collins averaged 26.1 points, 9.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game during this past high school season.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is men’s tennis player Branko Djuric. Djuric was named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week. He went a perfect 4-0 across singles and doubles to help lift the Trojans to road wins over Washington and Oregon.
