🔼 Pure Domination. No. 3-ranked USC women's basketball emerged from its home opener with a 90-35 win over Cal Poly. Early in the game, senior Rayah Marshall scored her 1,000th career point as the matchup saw six Trojans recording double-digit performances and 10 total scorers, moving the team to 2-0 overall. The Women of Troy’s 55-point victory was its largest margin of victory over an opponent since 1993.
🔼 Ticket Is Punched. USC senior women's tennis player Grace Piper earned a berth into the upcoming NCAA Singles Championship while competing at the ITA Sectional Championships. After falling in the main draw quarterfinals at the sectional championships, rebounded in the playoff semifinals to earn her ticket to the national tournament.
🔼 Another Won. The No. 20-ranked USC women's volleyball team downed Indiana in four sets on the road Sunday afternoon. The Women of Troy are now 12-1 all-time in the state of Indiana following the Trojan’s win. Ally Batenhorst led all players with 21 points gathered on 20 kills and .354 hitting to go with a career-high 18 digs with two blocks. Mia Tuaniga put up 46 assists and set the Trojans to .317 hitting—the team's seventh match over .300.

🔼 Early Surge. The No. 4 USC men's water polo team scored the first four goals of the game to put UC Santa Barbara on its heels in a nonconference road clash that wrapped as a 12-8 Trojan victory. USC led by as much as five goals, and the win improved the Trojans to 18-4 overall. Luka Brnetic matched his career-high with a hat trick while Max Miller’s goal marked his 20th game this season in which he found the back of the net.
🔼 Familiar Wins. USC men's and women's swimming and diving remains unbeaten in duals as the Trojans beat former Pac-12 foe Arizona on Friday. The women's team downed Arizona 193-107, while Troy beat the Wildcats 169.5-130.5. With the wins, both squads improve to 2-0 on the season.
🔼 That’s A Wrap. USC men’s tennis pairing of Karl Lee and Tristan Bradley made their way to the quarterfinals as the Trojans wrapped up their fall season at the ITA West Sectional. The team finalized the fall portion of the schedule, as the duo fell a few rounds short of an NCAA Individual Championships berth. The pairing went 1-1 as they fell to the No. 1-ranked squad in the tournament.
Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO goes to USC cross country’s Helena Teixeira-Dasilva. The Trojan runner was awarded the 2024 Big Ten Sportsmanship Award, an honor given to those who have set themselves apart through hard work, sportsmanship and honorable behavior. Teixeira-Dasilva led USC in two of the three races she competed in this season, being the Trojans' second finisher in the other race.
