🔼 Fired Up. USC women’s basketball’s Kiki Iriafen posted her fourth consecutive double-double of the season to lead 10 Trojan scorers, as the No. 5 USC women's basketball earned an 89-40 victory over Fresno State at Galen Center, improving to 9-1. JuJu Watkins recorded 21 points and five assists while Rayah Marshall finished the day pulling down a season-high 13 boards.
🔼 Big Honors. Following USC football’s 2024 regular season campaign, Eddie Czaplicki, Emmanuel Pregnon and Woody Marks earned AP All-Big Ten Honors. Czaplicki was named to the AP All-Big Ten First Team, while Pregnon and Marks were named to the AP All-Big Ten Second Team. Marks was selected twice to the Second Team, as a running back and as an all-purpose player.
🔼 Dynamic Duo. USC women's volleyball outside hitter Ally Batenhorst and setter Mia Tuaniga were each selected to the AVCA's All-Pacific Region Team. Batenhorst finished the season ranked fourth in the Big Ten for total points with 565.0 and fifth in total kills with 481. Tuaniga became the Trojans' all-time leader in career assists last week and completed her career with 4,529 to break a mark that had been held for 13 years.
🔼 Top Mind. USC defensive coordinator D'Anton Lynn has been selected to the American Football Coaches Association 2025 35 Under 35 Coaches Leadership Institute following his first season with the Trojans. The AFCA’s institute is a prestigious program aimed at identifying and developing premier, future leaders in the football coaching profession. Under Lynn, a Broyles Award nominee, the USC defense currently ranks No. 15 in the nation and No. 2 in the Big Ten Conference in third-down conversion percentage defense, compared to ranking No. 106 in 2023.
