🔼 B1G Recognition. USC baseball’s Mason Edwards was named the Big Ten’s Pitcher of the Year on Tuesday after finishing conference play with an an 8-0 record, while posting a 1.49 ERA and 154 strikeouts in 84.1 innings of work. In addition to Edwards’ accolade, he and Grant Govel earned first team honors, Adam Troy and Jack Basseer were tabbed to the All-Big Ten Second Team and Diego Velazquez was named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team. Andrew Lamb rounded out the honors, earning the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.

🔼 Lewis to LA. Georgetown transfer KJ Lewis has signed with USC Men’s Basketball. Last season with the Hoyas, he started in 28 of the 29 games he played and was a Third Team All-BIG EAST honoree. The 6-4 guard averaged 14.9 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game. Prior to Georgetown, Lewis played two seasons at Arizona.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is the men’s golf team! The Trojans concluded the second round of the NCAA Regionals yesterday and are sitting at 11-under par as a team. The team is in fifth place and is five strokes ahead of sixth-place NC State. The top five teams and the top individual from a non-qualifying team will punch their tickets to the NCAA Championships. Junior Nicolas Dominguez leads the way individually for the Trojans and is currently tied for 10th at five-under par. The Trojans tee off in the third and final round this morning at 5 a.m.
