🔼 Time to Shine. The Trojans head into another tough matchup in South Bend as USC prepares for the greatest intersectional rivalry in college football. The team will look to defend the jeweled shillelagh after last year’s victory at home in The Coliseum.

USC comes into the game ranked No. 10 in the nation while Notre Dame comes in ranked No. 21. Caleb Williams, Lincoln Riley and the offense will seek to keep up with their gaudy numbers they have put up through the first six games this season as the nation’s No. 1 scoring offense and No. 3 passing offense.

🔼 Nothing Like Home. For the first time this fall, both the men’s and women’s swim and dive team will see action at home at the three-session USC Swim Invitational. The Trojans will host UC Santa Barbara, Hawaii and UC San Diego for the two-day competition that will include a variety of individual, team and medley events.

🔼 Fall Ball. The boys are back on the diamond as USC baseball prepares for its fall schedule. The team will host scrimmages against San Diego and Pepperdine as well as its annual Scout Day on Oct. 20. All games will be free and open to the public.

🔼 Keep It Going. The red hot Women of Troy will take to the pitch in search for their sixth straight conference win against Colorado this Saturday. All-time, USC soccer is 8-4-1 against the Buffaloes with the lone tie occurring in last year’s match.

The team has gone from unranked to No. 13 in the nation in the span of three weeks thanks to their recent win streak. Plus, goalkeeper Hannah Dickerson and defender Angeles Escobar each come into the matchup off of Pac-12 weekly honors for their performances against the Oregon schools.

🔼 Rivalry Weekend. The crosstown rivalry is back in action this weekend as Trojan men’s water polo will hit the water in a matchup against No. 1 ranked UCLA on Saturday. The two will meet in their first MPSF match of the season as USC will look to avenge the loss from the Sept. 23 matchup earlier this season.

The Trojans come in ranked No. 4 in the nation with only four losses on the season while the Bruins come in with an undefeated record.

🔥 THE ULTIMATE TAILGATE

The Modelo Ultimate Tailgate is free for entry and open to all ages. Opening four hours before kickoff, the tailgate is located on the East end of Christmas Tree Lane which is directly east of the Coliseum outside the Olympic Gateway.

Fresh New Faces. USC baseball head coach Andy Stankiewicz is entering his second season at the helm after helping his team to a fourth place finish in the Pac-12 in his inaugural year. The team is ready for a new start, with a few fresh new faces joining the action for the 2024 season.

Trojan HoopLA, the new annual event tipping off both the USC men’s and women’s basketball seasons, will take place Oct. 19 in Galen Center at 7:30pm. The event will feature introductions of both the men’s and women’s basketball teams, player contests, videos and much more. Believe it when we say Trojan basketball fans aren’t going to want to miss this.
