🔼 LA Nights. The Women of Troy have a big weekend ahead as they take on a pair of top 20 teams on the road. First up, USC will square off against No. 20 Utah on Friday night where the Trojans hold an 18-9 all-time advantage. Then on Sunday, they head to Boulder, CO, to face No. 3 Colorado in what will be USC’s third top-5 opponent of the season.

Entering the weekend, the Trojans sit at 13-1 and will be riding into Utah off the momentum from the win over No. 2 ranked UCLA. It will also be the first time this season that the Women of Troy will be tested out-of-state.

🔼 Tough One in Tuscon. Trojan men’s basketball put up a fight against No. 12 Arizona but fell short in the 82-67 loss on the road. USC managed to keep Arizona within reach early in the first half before the Wildcats went on a 7-0 run to go up 64-46. The Trojans got no closer than 10 points from there.

USC was without its top scorers, Boogie Ellis and Isaiah Collier which meant other players had to rise to the occasion. DJ Rodman led the team with 16 points on the night while Bronny James put together a solid stat line with 11 points, six assists and five rebounds.

Next up, the Trojans will continue their road trip as they head to Tempe, AZ, to face off against Arizona State.

🔼 Season Opening Sweep. The No. 21 ranked Women of Troy opened up the season with a bang. The squad that features five ranked singles and two ranked duos completed the complete sweep with a 7-0 win against LMU and a 4-0 win over UC Irvine to open up the 2024 season.

🔼 Pool Conquerers. USC swimmer Michal Chmielewski and diver Laurent Gosselin-Paradis capped up a successful weekend of competition with Pac-12 weekly honors, marking the first such honor for both Trojans. Chmielewski earned the conference’s Men’s Swimmer of the Week following a four-win performance against UC San Diego while Gosselin-Paradis took home the 3-meter event en route to his weekly award.

🔼 Terrific Trio. USC Lacrosse had three players earn a spot on the USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American list as senior Claudia Shevitz, redshirt junior Isabelle Vitale and junior Catherine Lord were selected to the Honorable Mention list. Each of the three players played pivotal roles as Pac-12 First Team All-Conference selections during the team’s Pac-12 championship run.
