🔼 Keep It Moving. The No. 10 ranked Women of Troy jumped out to a huge lead in the first quarter and never let up, defeating Arizona State 81-63 at the Galen Center. USC finished the first quarter up 22-9, and the Trojans went on to finish with a 45.6 shooting percentage in the contest. Juju Watkins did her thing and led the team with a game-high 31 points while Rayah Marshall provided a double-double with 13 points and 16 rebounds. The win moved the Trojans to 17-4 on the season and 7-4 in Pac-12 play.

🔼 Conference Clash. Freshman standout Isaiah Collier finished with a team-high 18 points in the Trojans’ 99-68 loss to Stanford on the road. Collier went 2-3 from beyond the arc, and Bronny James finished with a solid six points, three assists, three rebounds, and a steal. USC will return home to play Thursday against Utah.

🔼 Revenge Taken. USC men’s volleyball got its revenge for the loss earlier this season against No. 7 UC Irvine with a four-set win on Saturday to improve to 8-4 on the season. The Trojans let up the first set and locked it in to sweep the next three for the victory. USC reached double-digit blocks for the eighth time this season and had their 11th contest in which they have had the same or more blocks than their opponent. Dillon Klein got a team-high 17 kills in the match to reach double-digits for the 29th time in his career, and Riley Haine added another 13.

🔼 Historic Finish. The No. 4 USC women's swim and dive team capped a historic regular season with a 164-136 win over crosstown rival UCLA. The win solidified the Women of Troy’s finish to the regular season undefeated for the first time in program history. USC swept both relays on Friday and freshman phenom Minna Abraham claimed both the 100y (48.45) and 200y freestyle (1:44.99) en route to the blowout victory.

🔼 All Winners, Everywhere. Across two days at the Eagle Elite Invitational, USC track and field was able to pick up ten event wins. During day one, Marne Sullivan set the Trojan women’s indoor 800m record with a personal best time of 2:04.79. The first day also saw the Trojans dominate in the 60m and 60m hurdles as Johnny Brackins Jr., Justin Braun, Jasmine Jones and Samirah Moody all collected first-place finishes in their respective events. On day two, the women’s distance medley team picked up another win for USC with a time of 11:27.77.

🔼 Clash With The Cowboys. With several scratches from their lineup, the USC men’s tennis was forced to move around their lineup as they took on their first road dual of the 2024 season. As a result, the No. 5 Trojans suffered its first loss of the season, 4-3, to Oklahoma State on Saturday. Lodewijk Weststrate was the lone player to record a win in singles play while the brand-new duo of Karl Lee and Oscar Weightman finished with the only doubles win of the match.

Double The Won. USC track and field saw double-digit winners over the weekend, but one Trojan track and field star raced out to two wins in two separate events during the Eagle Elite Invitational.

⚔️ ONE BIG THING

The Women of Troy opened up the season with a 13-9 come-from-behind road win over Navy and followed it up with another close 12-11 win against Villanova to open the season 2-0. The No. 17 Women of Troy survived two games thanks to its offensive performances from Ella Heaney and Shelby Tilton who combined for 15 goals over the weekend. USC improved to 2-0 for the first time since 2022, and will hit the road again on Saturday to keep the win streak going as the team takes on Hofstra.
