🔼 Wins In Wash. Freshman Isaiah Collier scored a career-high 31 points, including eight in the final 2 1/2 minutes, to defeat Washington 82-75 in Saturday’s matchup. The win moved head coach Andy Enfield up to third all-time in program history with win No. 217. DJ Rodman and Boogie Ellis scored 17 points each for the Trojans who shot 54% for the game and made 12 of 16 free throws, all in the second half. Bronny James played 14 minutes off the bench and had three rebounds and two assists.

🔼 Rounding Into Form. USC men’s tennis duo Samuel Rubell and Niroop Vallabhaneni reached the Round of 16 at the Pac Coast Doubles Team Championship. Rubell and Vallabahaneni picked up two wins, as they won in two sets in both of their first two matchups. The Trojans will return to action against Pepperdine at 4 p.m. on Thursday.

🔼 Strong Finish. The No. 4 ranked USC women's swimming and diving team won three individual and one relay title on Saturday to close out the final evening of competition with a runner-up title after accumulating 1,291 points. The Women of Troy ended up with a total of nine conference titles, the most since the 2003 season. On the final day, the Trojans carried the momentum into the final three events of the meet, as the Trojans captured the 200y breast, 200y fly and 400y freestyle relay titles.

🔼 Setting The Record Straight. On the final day at the Beach Opener, USC track and field finished with six event wins to begin its outdoor season. Freshman Raquil Broderick set a freshman record in his first collegiate meet in the men’s discus with a toss of 204.6 feet. The throw also came in as the second furthest in program history. Alyssa Hope won the women's long jump competition with a best jump of 20-7.25 feet while Rae-Anne Serville won the women's 400m dash with a time of 54.32 seconds.

🔼 East Coast Contests. USC lacrosse split the weekend on the East Coast with a decisive win over Towson and a loss to No. 15 Johns Hopkins. Against Towson, the Women of Troy came out on top 11-5 behind senior Claudia Shevitz’s four goals, her 12th career hat trick. In Sunday’s matchup, the Trojans jumped out to a 4-1 lead after the first quarter but were unable to make a comeback following the Blue Jays’ seven-goal second quarter. USC will close out its time on the East Coast against VCU on Tuesday.

🔼 On To The Tourney. Both JuJu Watkins and Rayah Marshall netted double-doubles in the Women of Troy’s 23rd win of the season against Arizona State. The Pac-12 finale helped USC secure the No. 2 seed in the upcoming conference tournament. The win also marked the 13th conference win of the year - the most the Trojans have ever had in a single season during the Pac-12 era. USC now turns its focus to the postseason in Las Vegas, where the Trojans earned a first-round bye. USC will open competition on Thursday, March 7.

🔼 Broomsticks. USC women's water polo stormed the Convergence Tournament, sweeping through its competition. The Women of Troy capped off the event with two more wins — an 11-3 win over host Pomona-Pitzer and a 13-8 victory over No. 17 Pacific. The Trojans improved to 12-3 overall on the year with its victorious run at the two-day event in Claremont.

⚔️ ONE BIG THING

The third-ranked USC beach volleyball team took down No. 18 Cal Poly by a 3-2 count and then picked up a 5-0 sweep of No. 14 Grand Canyon on the second day of the Battle for Los Angeles to go undefeated on the weekend and improve to 8-2 overall. The Women of Troy also improved to 87-11 all-time at Merle Norman Stadium and extended their home win streak to a program-record 22 consecutive wins dating to the end of the 2022 season. USC heads to the desert for the Pac-12 South Invitational next weekend hosted by Arizona State to face off against four conference foes including the Washington, Oregon, Utah and Arizona.
