🔼 Out With A Bang. On Senior Night at the Galen Center, USC men’s volleyball topped No. 6 BYU in a five-set thriller. The two teams fought through 241 rallies to determine a winner. The Trojans got career performances from Noah Roberts and Markus Olsson in the win over the sixth-ranked Cougars as the duo posted career-highs in kills, attacks and hitting percentage.
🔼 Clash On The Water. The Women of Troy capped off the weekend with a win over San Jose State, 14-8, to improve to 16-5 on the season. USC women’s water polo had 10 goal scorers in the match, including Ava Stryker who leads USC in scoring this year with 42 goals.
🔼 Spring Cleaning. After securing wins in the first two games of the series against Washington, Trojan baseball finished the job to earn the sweep over the Huskies with a 6-5 victory. USC now has five straight conference wins with series victories in three of their last four Pac-12 weekends. Dean Carpentier blasted his second home run in as many games after hitting the first of his career on Saturday, and Josh Blum sealed the deal, picking up his third save of the season.
🔼 In Control. The No. 21-ranked Trojan lacrosse team secured the 19-8 win over Oregon to stay undefeated in Pac-12 play this season. Five Trojans posted hat tricks — the most in any game this season — as graduate student Ella Heaney, senior Shelby Tilton, senior Maggie Brown, junior Maddie Dora and redshirt junior Isabelle Vitale all posted three or more goals.
🔼 Chasing Gold. On the final day of the Texas A&M 44 Farms Team Invitational, the Trojans took home the gold in seven of the 16 events. Temi Ojora won the women's triple jump with a jump of 13.82m and placed second in the high jump and Zane Golpariani won the men's steeplechase with the ninth-fastest time in school history.
🔼 Crew Classic. USC rowing finished fourth in the Women’s Open 8+ Carley Copley Cup Final at the San Diego Crew Classic. The Open 8+ hit the water in the preliminary race and came in at 7:24.437, 18 seconds behind Washington.
🔼 Break Through. The freshman posted a record-breaking final round of 66 to finish in second place at the Augusta National Women’s Amateur. Bailey Shoemaker made a historic run, with a bogey-free round, as she was six-under-par for the day and finished the tournament seven-under-par. This is her best finish at the event in her third appearance. Amari Avery and Catherine Park both made it within the top 30. Avery wrapped up the event in a tie for 26th at six-over-par, and Park was tied for 30th at nine-over-par.
🔼 Rolling, Rolling. No. 3-ranked USC beach volleyball took down No. 7 California, 3-2, to conclude play at the Pac-12 North Invitational at Alki Beach Park. It was the Trojans' fourth straight win as they picked up their 10th victory over a top-10 opponent and the team's 19th against a ranked foe overall. The Women of Troy improved to 12-3 all-time against the Golden Bears and avenged a 3-2 loss to California in the 2023 Pac-12 Championship semifinals.

⚔️ ONE BIG THING
In her first season of collegiate basketball, USC’s JuJu Watkins was named the Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Award. Watkins is the first USC player to win any of the women's positional awards, which began with the point guard position in 2000 and expanded to five positions in 2018. The standout Trojan wrapped her 2023-24 season as the nation's highest-scoring freshman in history with 920 points scored in her freshman campaign. Her point total also ranks her No. 4 all-time among all Pac-12 players.
