🔼 Dominant Runs. USC track and field won 11 events on the final day led by two individual titles each by Jasmine Jones and Johnnie Blockburger to lead the Trojan men's and women's teams to a second-place finish at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships. Blockburger was named Outstanding Male Athlete of the Meet as he accounted for 22.5 points, winning the 200m, the 400m and anchoring the winning 4x100m relay. 

Now, the Trojans turn their attention to the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds that will be held in Fayetteville, Arkansas from May 22-25.

🔼 Closing Time. USC women’s tennis dual match season came to a close over the weekend after falling to No. 6 seed, Pepperdine during the NCAA Round of 16. The loss officially wraps up the 2023-24 season with the Trojans finishing 20-9, the third 20-win season under head coach Alison Swain

USC now turns its attention to the upcoming NCAA Singles Championship in Stillwater, Oklahoma, where Trojans Emma Charney and Grace Piper were selected to compete individually. Additionally, Trojans Charney and Eryn Cayetano earned placement into the NCAA Doubles Championship. 

🔼 Season’s End. USC women's water polo couldn't overcome a slow start in the NCAA Quarterfinals, falling 8-3 to No. 4-seeded Stanford. The Women of Troy earned their 20th consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament and finished the season with an 18-9 overall record. Senior Carolyne Stern closes down her collegiate career ranked No. 4 all-time in career saves with 575 while Alejandra Aznar finishes her career ranked No. 18 all-time in career scoring with 144 goals. 

🔼 Mother’s Day Dub. USC baseball team picked up a 10-3 victory over Washington State during the team’s Sunday matinee, taking the three-game series in the process. The Trojans dropped the opening game in Pullman, only to come back and win the last two by a combined score of 19-7. USC moves to 24-27 overall and 14-12 in Pac-12 play with the win.

Joining a list of the top ten golfers in the country is Catherine Park who was named a finalist for the ANNIKA Award. The sophomore boasts three wins this season and is ranked as the No. 5 golfer in the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Individual Rankings. Her three wins this season also tie her with her teammate Amari Avery (2022) and USC alum Sophia Popov (2011) for the fourth most in a season in program history. 

Park became the seventh player in USC history to claim the Pac-12 Individual Title at the conference tournament. The sophomore was also the first USC player to win the individual title since the 2013 season (Annie Park).
