🔼 Going For Gold. A second former Trojan soccer star has been named to an Olympic roster, punching her ticket to the 2024 Paris Olympics. USC alum Nicole Payne was announced to the Nigerian women’s roster ahead of the Opening Ceremony. Competing in her first Olympics, Payne was part of the Nigerian roster that qualified with results over South Africa in April of this year.

🔼 Medaling About. Three Women of Troy who hail from the USC beach volleyball powerhouse racked up the hardware in the FIVB Elite 16. Trojan All-Americans Terese Cannon and Megan Kraft finished second and claimed silver medals under the Team USA banner while All-American Tina Graudina won bronze. Cannon and Kraft secured their best finish on the FIVB tour while Graudina secured her ninth podium finish at an FIVB event.

🔼 New in Town. USC Swimming has added assistant coach Keith Dawley to its coaching staff. Dawley has served the last six years at Southern Methodist University where he assisted the Mustangs to four-straight conference championships and has been a part of four Conference Coaching Staff of the Year units.
