🔼 Welcome To The Show. It’s official; USC is now a member of the Big Ten Conference! As of today, all Trojan Athletics programs will compete against the 17 other universities that make up the Big Ten. As one of the premier conferences in college academics and athletics, the Big Ten is home to over 8.2 million alumni and boasts an 84% graduation rate — a full 20 points higher than the national average.

🔼 Do It All. Last season’s First Team All-American, Zachariah Branch, has been named to the 2024 Paul Hornung Award Watch List, presented by Texas Roadhouse. The award is given annually to the most versatile player in major college football. Branch had a stellar debut season as a true freshman in 2023 becoming USC's first-ever true freshman First Team All-American after being named a USA Today First Team All-American as a returner, a PFF First Team All-American as a return specialist and a Sporting News First Team All-American as a punt returner.

🔼 Through Week One. On day seven of the 2024 Paris Olympics, USC alum Andy Benesh punched a ticket to the Olympic men's beach volleyball knockout rounds with a three-set victory today for the American pair over their Brazilian opponents.

🤽 2018 NCAA champions at USC and first-time Olympians, goalie Nic Porter and Jacob Mercep made significant contributions to Team Australia in the squad’s 9-8 win over France.

🏊‍♀️ Current Trojan and first-time Olympian Minna Abraham helped Hungary's relay team finish second with a time of 7:52.25 to advance to the final while USC alum Latricia Transom helped New Zealand's relay team finish eighth with a time of 7:54.37 to advance to the final.

🔼 Making A Statement. USC women's volleyball senior setter Mia Tuaniga was selected to the Big Ten volleyball preseason all-conference team. Tuaniga—the Trojans' starting setter in each of the last three seasons—is one of three former Pac-12 athletes to be named to the preseason all-conference team. Under fifth-year head coach Brad Keller, the Women of Troy will play their first season as members of the Big Ten Conference in 2024 and will play its first Big Ten match as host to Ohio State on Friday, September 27 at the Galen Center.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Trojan duo, Calen Bullock and Solomon Byrd. The two former Trojans competed in the Hall of Fame Game— the first preseason game of the NFL season — for the Houston Texans.
