🔼 Trojan Tee Times. Following another trip to the NCAA Championship match play last season, head coach Justin Silverstein announced the team’s 2024-25 schedule. The Women of Troy reloaded this season, as they lost a trio of players (Amari Avery, Brianna Navarrosa, and Christine Wang) but brought in one of the best recruiting classes in the nation with freshmen Jasmine Koo and Kylie Chong. Alongside those two is a trio of experienced starters: Catherine Park, Bailey Shoemaker, and Xin (Cindy) Kou.

USC starts its season with a similar opener to last year at the Leadership and Golf Invitational at Chambers Bay G.C. from Sept. 16-17 where the Trojans dominated the same tournament last season, winning by 31 strokes. On the spring side, the Trojans will see five regular-season tournaments and a match-play dual against UCLA before heading into their first Big Ten Championship.

🔼 Up and Coming. The Canadian Soccer Association announced its roster for the upcoming FIFA U20 Women's World Cup in Colombia and USC sophomore Florianne Jourde was one of the midfielders named to the 21-player squad. In her first season at USC in 2023, Jourde saw time in 15 matches, making four starts. She scored two goals and provided two assists as a freshman last year, and recently, saw action in USC's opener at New Mexico State last week, coming on as a late sub.

🔼 Trojan Tee Times II. USC men’s golf is set for nine regular season contests – including four new tournaments – before debuting at the Big Ten Conference for the 2024-25 season. The Trojans begin the year by hosting their first tournament in the desert at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Course where the team welcomes nine teams throughout the country in the inaugural Southern Dunes Invitational. After completing the regular season, USC will compete in its inaugural Big Ten Conference Championship, which will be held from Apr. 25-27 in Baltimore, MD at the Baltimore C.C.

We are officially a College Football Hall of Fame inductee, Heisman winner and legendary USC quarterback Matt Leinart away from the start of the 2024 season. Leinart led the Trojan offense from 2003-2005 where he threw a total of 807 completions for 10,693 yards and 99 touchdowns. Adding to his list of accolades, Leinart was also named a Rose Bowl MVP, AP Player of the Year, and Manning Award winner, among many other awards. Following his collegiate career, Leinart was selected with the tenth overall pick by the Arizona Cardinals in the 2006 NFL Draft and played in the league until 2012.
