The Three Torches 2/6: Trojans Win 20th Game
The women's basketball team beat Wisconsin for its 20th win of the season.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 #20. The women’s basketball team beat Wisconsin 86-64 for its 20th win of the season. The Trojans are now 20-2 overall and 10-1 in conference play. Five athletes were in the double figures, with Kiki Iriafen leading with 15 points.

🔼 Top Candidate. Women’s basketball player JuJu Watkins has been selected as an Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Top 10 Candidate. Watkins won the award last season as a freshman. She is currently the third most prolific scorer in the nation, with 24.7 points per game.

🔼 Sweep the Pool. The MPSF named Rachel Gazzaniga and Emily Ausmus to weekly honors. Gazzaniga was named Player of the Week after scoring a career-high four goals in the Trojan’s win over No. 1 UCLA. Ausmus was named Newcomer of the Week after scoring 12 goals at the Triton Invitational.
