🔼 Refresh. Following an eight-year hiatus, USC Athletics is reinstating the Hall of Fame with a refreshed, modern design. USC Athletics will welcome a new class into the Hall of Fame in the fall of 2026. Induction to the USC Athletics Hall of Fame is reserved for Trojan varsity letter winners who have demonstrated exceptional ability, dedication and achievement, as well as for athletic department staff, media members and USC Athletics supporters who have achieved comparable distinction in their respective roles. The Hall of Fame will take place every other year, inducting a class of between 15-20 honorees.

🔼 The Journey. The nation’s best football long snapper, Hank Pepper, actually started the sport playing a different position. Pepper started as a linebacker in high school, but went to long snapping practice from sixth grade until college. He stuck with being a long snapper due to health concerns.

🔼 Using his Size. Football player Anthony Lucas has the nickname “Ant.” He stands at 6’5” and 285lbs. When growing up, youth football was based on weight. Instead of playing with the middle schoolers, he played baseball instead. He started football in his freshman year of high school.
