🔼 Anotha’ Win. The women’s basketball team beat Indiana 73-66 for its 7th straight Big Ten win. JuJu Watkins led the team with 22 points, and Kiki Iriafen and Kennedy Smith had 14 each. Rayah Marshall had a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

🔼 Fine Nine. The track & field team had nine wins at the Spokane Sports Showcase. Johnny Brackins Jr. broke the USC 60m hurdles record with a time of 7:49. Max Thomas is now third in the all-time 60m dash record book with his 6:53 time.

🔼 Started Strong. The No. 17 women’s tennis team started the 2025 season with a 4-3 upset over the No. 7 Texas Longhorns. The Trojans won two doubles matches and three singles matches. The women then swept UC Irvine 4-0. USC won all six singles matches and the three doubles matches.

🔼 SWEEPS! The men’s volleyball team swept D’Youville and Emmanuel 3-0. Parker Tomkinson led the team with 9.5 points and three blocks. The Trojans hit .333 with 32 kills. Against Emmanuel, Christian Connell had his first double-digit performance with 10 kills.

🔼 Strong Start. The water polo team began its 2025 season with two wins. The women beat Biola 21-6 and LMU 16-10. Emily Ausmus led the games with eight goals, and Tilly Kearns was right behind with seven. Ausmus set a career-high with six goals scored against Biola.

🔼 Breaking Records. The dive team competed at the Cal Diving Invitational and excelled. Moritz Wesemann claimed the men’s 3-meter, breaking the 15-year school record held by Harrison Jones. Wesemann tallied 465.20 points, breaking the record by just .98.

Today’s Top Tier Performance presented by ARCO is Falyn Lott on the track & field team. The freshman took third in the women’s high jump at the Spokane Sports Showcase. She cleared 1.72m to move into ninth on USC’s all-time indoor list.
